Upon hire, all applicants must provide ILRC with valid proof of United States residency and/or valid proof of eligibility for employment in the United States according to guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service. Additionally, all successful applicants must register with Family Care Safety Registry with a clean background check OR have an approved Good Cause Waiver. All employees are required to pass CPR/First Aid course.
The Receptionist is responsible for general clerical duties for staff. The successful candidate will receive and assist visitors and telephone callers and refer to the appropriate staff. The receptionist will establish and/or maintain a positive relationship between ILRC, people who contact the office, and the general public. Candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Office Software, basic office equipment and have excellent customer service skills. Hours: Monday – Friday, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Starting hourly wage $7.50 – $9.50 depending on experience and education. Persons with disabilities strongly encouraged to apply. EOE.
