What does Independent Living Skills Training encompass?

Independent Living Skills Training encompasses individually designed support to improve or maintain your ability to participate and remain living independently within your community.

​

ILRC has Independent Living Specialist who work with individuals one-on-one and/or in peer group settings to develop skills based on their needs and goals. Examples of skills include: pre-employment, driving, kitchen and cooking skills, cleaning, budgeting, housing and more.
