Oven Fried Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 large baking potatoes, unpeeled
  • 1 – 2 TBSP Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375˚.
  2. Wash unpeeled potatoes and cut lengthwise into 4 wedges.  Place, skin side down, in 9” X 13” baking dish.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients; brush over potatoes.
  4. Bake at 375˚ for one hour, brushing with oil/cheese mixture at 15 minute intervals.  Turn potatoes over for last 15 minutes.
