Ingredients:
- 4 large baking potatoes, unpeeled
- 1 – 2 TBSP Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- ¼ cup oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp paprika
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375˚.
- Wash unpeeled potatoes and cut lengthwise into 4 wedges. Place, skin side down, in 9” X 13” baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients; brush over potatoes.
- Bake at 375˚ for one hour, brushing with oil/cheese mixture at 15 minute intervals. Turn potatoes over for last 15 minutes.
